Michael Smedley is the bass player for The Adele Show and plays an important role both on and off the stage. A seasoned live performer, Michael has been playing in bands since his teens and has performed hundreds of gigs across many years, including extensive experience as a singer and frontman. That background gives him a strong instinct for live entertainment, audience connection and the musical detail needed to support a polished professional show. 

In addition to holding down the low end in the band, Michael is a multi-instrumentalist with broad experience across live music, performance and production. He also looks after the band’s media and creative direction, helping shape how The Adele Show is presented to venues, clients and audiences. Combining musicianship, stage experience and a sharp eye for presentation, Michael brings both substance and strategy to the lineup.
